What does the Free plan include? +
One project on Fast or Balanced quality with the research steps: topic and research questions, a literature search of up to 200 papers, and the paper deep-dive with the literature matrix and research gap. Methodology, writing, figures, the final report and export are on Basic and Pro; upgrade and the same project carries on where you left off.
What counts as one paper? +
One project: a journal article, conference paper, review, thesis chapter, proposal, report, or a “Polish my own text” job. Within a project you can regenerate and refine every step as you work. Deleting a project does not give the paper back.
What is the fair-use AI allowance? +
Each plan includes AI usage for its papers; every generate, regenerate and refine draws on it. On Fast and Balanced quality it comfortably covers the plan’s papers. Premium uses it fastest (on Pro, roughly 7 complete Premium papers a month), so use Premium where it matters most. A meter in the workspace and your Plan & usage page show how much is left; if you need more, contact us.
Which citation styles are included? +
All 21, on every plan: author–date (AAA, APA 6 and 7, APSA, ASA, Chicago, CSE name-year, Harvard, MLA 8 and 9), numbered (ACS, AMA, CSE, IEEE, NLM, Vancouver) and footnote styles (Bluebook, Chicago notes and bibliography, OSCOLA). Citations show in your style while you write, and changing style reformats the final report in seconds.
How do I buy a plan? +
Online payment is coming soon. For now, choose a plan and send us a message; we confirm the amount (including any applicable taxes) and activate your plan, usually within one working day.
Monthly or yearly? +
Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so two months are free. Paper quotas are per calendar month on both and reset on the 1st.
What happens when I reach my paper limit? +
Your existing papers stay fully available. New papers can be started again when your quota resets, or straight away after upgrading.
Do you offer university or department plans? +
Yes. Enterprise covers 1,000+ papers a month with custom quotas, invoicing and onboarding. Contact us for a quote.
